1. OVERVIEW
Welcome to Empeiria Concierge & Staffing (“Empeiria,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, website (https://ecsassist.com), membership packages, and vendor programs, you (“Client,” “Vendor,” or “User”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. SERVICES
Empeiria offers a range of concierge, staffing, business support, travel, courier, and lifestyle management services, as well as membership packages for clients and a preferred vendor program for service providers. Services may be updated or expanded at our discretion.
3. MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES
Client Memberships
- Memberships are available in multiple tiers (Essential, Premium, Elite, Unlimited VIP) with varying hours, perks, and pricing options.
- Membership fees are billed monthly or annually, as selected at sign-up.
- Unused hours may roll over for up to one month (except Unlimited VIP).
- Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law.
- Members are responsible for keeping contact and payment information up to date.
4. SERVICE REQUESTS AND DELIVERY
- Clients may request services via phone, website, or email.
- Empeiria strives to respond to all requests within 2 hours during business hours.
- Service delivery is subject to availability and may vary by location.
- Specific service terms, including scope, timing, and pricing, will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement.
5. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
- All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date.
- Clients may cancel memberships by providing written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds for unused hours, partial months, or early termination, except as required by law.
- Additional services or overages will be billed at the prevailing rate.
6. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDUCT
- Vendors agree to deliver services in a professional, ethical, and timely manner.
- Vendors must maintain all required insurance, certifications, and licenses.
- Vendors are responsible for their own staff, equipment, and compliance with applicable laws.
- Vendors may not represent themselves as employees or agents of Empeiria.
7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clients agree to provide accurate information and reasonable access for service delivery.
- Clients are responsible for any special requirements, allergies, or restrictions relevant to service provision.
- Clients may not resell, transfer, or share membership benefits without written permission.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
- Empeiria respects your privacy and will safeguard your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Vendors and clients agree not to disclose confidential information obtained through Empeiria.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Empeiria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client or vendor in the preceding 12 months.
- We do not guarantee the availability or suitability of any third-party vendor or service.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Any disputes shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Locust Grove, Virginia, under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
- Empeiria may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on https://ecsassist.com and are effective immediately upon posting.
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
